Johnny is a former competitive track runner and swimmer with a lifelong passion for movement and performance. He also enjoys bouldering, hiking, weightlifting, tennis, and basketball. After recovering from an ACL injury and returning to competitive track, Johnny developed a deep appreciation for both the physical and mental aspects of rehabilitation, as well as the strength and conditioning required to safely return to sport. Before becoming a physical therapist, Johnny worked as a strength and conditioning coach with firefighters, police officers, and recreational athletes. His experience included implementing Olympic lifting, strength training, and mobility programs designed to improve performance, resilience, and overall health.

Johnny provides personalized, evidence-informed care that combines hands-on therapy with movement-based rehabilitation. He works with clients recovering from injuries, managing sports-related conditions, or addressing everyday aches and pains. He holds a Master of Physical Therapy from University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from University of Alberta.

Nicole is a physiotherapist who believes that rehab should be both effective and enjoyable. With over a decade of experience, she has worked with clients of all ages—ranging from children to older adults—treating a wide spectrum of conditions including musculoskeletal injuries, neurological and developmental concerns, cardiovascular issues, and chronic pain.

Her true passion lies in helping people move better, regain confidence, and return to the activities that matter most. Nicole takes the time to listen, collaborate, and create personalized treatment plans that fit each client’s goals, lifestyle, and abilities. Whether it’s getting back on the soccer field, enjoying a pain-free walk, or building independence after an injury, Nicole is committed to guiding her clients every step of the way.

Outside the clinic, Nicole is an active mom of two who loves family bike rides and exploring the outdoors with her dog. She holds a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Alberta and a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Kinesiology.

Kim is a former competitive figure skater who also played soccer, basketball, volleyball, and gymnastics. She understands the mindset of driven athletes and the importance of strength, mobility, and quality movement. As a mother of two, she also appreciates the demands of a busy life and the challenges of balancing health, fitness, and recovery.

She delivers personalized, movement-focused physiotherapy to individuals of all ages and activity levels, from recreational and professional athletes to weekend warriors and active families. Her treatment approach is centered on helping clients move better, build resilience, and optimize their performance in sport and daily life.

Kim holds a Masters of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Alberta and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a minor in Nutrition. Her Honours research in Sports Psychology was conducted under the mentorship of a Sports Psychologist for the National Hockey League, further shaping her understanding of the mental and physical aspects of performance and rehabilitation. She also has experience as a personal trainer who has worked with elite adolescent athletes, adults focused on overall health and fitness, as well as fire training candidates.

Kim is passionate about helping clients recover from injury, improve movement quality, and enhance their overall well-being—whether that means returning to sport, preventing injury, or simply moving through life with more confidence and strength. As a busy professional and mother of two, she understands firsthand the importance of staying active, healthy, and pain-free in all stages of life.

Loring’s experience as a former athlete has fuelled her passion for helping others improve their health through movement. As a former national-level rhythmic gymnast, she knows first-hand the benefits of exercise as therapy for overcoming pain and improving performance. She believes in helping others find their potential in their own bodies, no matter the stage of injury or ailment. She treats patients of all ages and abilities but has a special interest in treating the lower extremity and spinal pain. Loring completed her Masters of Science in Physical Therapy at the University of Alberta in 2014, following her BA (Honours) at the University of Victoria in 2010. Outside of the clinic she enjoys running (long distance, and after her two young kids) and weight training.

She delivers personalized, movement-focused care to clientele of all ages and athletic abilities, including high school, collegiate, and professional athletes, first responders, and the general public. She holds a Bachelor of Kinetics with Specialization in Strength and Conditioning from Trinity Western University and a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Alberta.

Robyn’s journey into physiotherapy stems from her deep-rooted love of sport. As a former recreational athlete, she understands the thrill of competition and the joy of staying active. Now, she channels that passion into helping others—whether it’s supporting teams from the sidelines or working one-on-one in the clinic to guide active and athletic individuals back to the sports and activities they love most.

For Robyn, recovery isn’t just about healing injuries; it’s about reclaiming the lifestyle that makes you feel alive. She believes in tailoring every treatment plan to match her patients’ unique goals, whether they’re weekend warriors, parents juggling active kids, or young athletes striving for peak performance. A registered Sport Physiotherapist, Robyn is also highly skilled in treating Concussions and Vestibular issues. Using the latest evidence-based practices, she helps her patients regain balance, reduce dizziness, and return to their daily lives with confidence and stability.

Robyn holds a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Kinesiology from Dalhousie University (2007) and a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto (2010).
